Étant donné que l’entente était ratifiée depuis le 29 septembre et que les votes étaient en faveur de cette entente, il ne restait que la signature pour aller de l’avant dans cette nouvelle entente sur le dédommagement Phénix. Le tout s’est déroulé le 22 octobre dernier. Il faut savoir que cela donne 180 jours au Conseil du Trésor pour appliquer les augmentations salariales, les rajustements salariaux et les indemnités. Comme l’AFPC l’avait négocié, un paiement forfaitaire de 500 $ pour compenser la prolongation du délai de mise en œuvre des nouvelles conventions collectives (habituellement 90 jours).
